Ms. Brennan joined The Levicoff Law Firm, P.C. in June of 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brennan was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kelley T.D. Streib, Butler County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Brennan is a 2009 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Brennan was president of the Women’s Law Association and a member of Phi Alpha Delta. At Duquesne Law, Ms. Brennan was selected to participate in the trial advocacy program under Professors Michael Streib and Bruce Antkowiak. During her law school career, Ms. Brennan was a law clerk at a small Butler County firm and a Pittsburgh law firm. Ms. Brennan earned a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, in 2006 from Duquesne University.
Ms. Brennan is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania, the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Washington County Bar Association.

Ms. Fellows earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she graduated, cum laude, in 2001, and served as a Research Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fellows received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998.
Ms. Fellows has spent her entire legal career focusing her practice upon various aspects of labor and employment law. Prior to joining The Levicoff Law Firm, P.C. in November of 2014, Ms. Fellows represented and advised management clients in the area of labor and employment law at some of the country’s largest corporate law firms, where she gained extensive experience representing and counseling employers in matters of workplace discrimination, wage & hour violations and other employment-related issues. Ms. Fellows has also represented plaintiffs in state and federal wage and hour class and collective action litigation.
Ms. Fellows is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Supreme Courts, as well as various federal courts throughout the country, including the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of West Virginia, the Southern District of West Virginia, the Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Western District of Michigan. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations.

Mr. Townsend is a 2008 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and a 2005 graduate of the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University. While in law school he served as Research Assistant to Professor Marc Fajer and clerked full time for a firm specializing on the representation of shipping lines, freight forwarders and customs brokers.
Prior to joining The Levicoff Law Firm, P.C. Mr. Townsend practiced in Miami, Florida with a firm specializing in the defense of property and casualty insurers and their insureds. While there he gained valuable experience in the areas of personal injury litigation, products liability, insurance defense, and insurance coverage.
Mr. Townsend is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Florida Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
